How to Apply

New Customers
To apply for a VISA AAYAN Debit Card new customers must fill out the account opening form available at their respective relationship branch.

Existing Customers

First-Time Issuance: Existing customers can obtain their first VISA AAYAN Debit Card by visiting their relationship branch.
Replacement or Conversion: For debit card replacement or conversion, please contact our 24/7 Call Centre at (+92 21) 111-786-342.

How to Activate Your VISA AAYAN Debit Card

Via Mobile, Internet & WhatsApp banking

Download the DIB Mobile App from Google Play Store (Android) or App Store (iOS).
Log in to DIB Internet Banking.
Navigate to the Card Activation/Deactivation option.
Enter the One-Time PIN (OTP) for security verification

Activate Your Debit Card via WhatsApp

Use your phone’s camera or a QR scanner app to scan the QR code provided.

Navigate to the card services option from the main menu.

Fill in your debit card number, expiration date, and CVV.

Complete the authentication process using OTP or fingerprint.

You will see a confirmation message once the activation is successful.

Call DIB Phone Banking at 111-786-DIB (342).
A phone banking officer will verify your identity through security questions.
Upon successful verification, your card activation and PIN change will be confirmed.

Log in to DIB Mobile/ Internet Banking
Navigate to the Card Management section.
Enter the One-Time PIN (OTP) for security verification.
Choose to Activate or Deactivate your card for International or
Online/E-commerce Usage as per your preference.
