Term Financing for Fixed Assets

Details of Product	Shirkat Ul Melk Cum Ijarah – (New / Old assets) – It is a combination of two contracts namely Musharaka and Ijarah. As per this product, the Bank and the customer form a Musharaka to purchase the asset. After this the bank leases its share to the customer for a pre-specified term through Ijara Agreement.

Details of Product	Diminishing Musharaka – (New / Old assets) – the financier and the client participate either in joint ownership of a property, equipment, or in a join commercial enterprise. The share of the financier will be divided into a number or units and client will purchase these units one by one until becomes the sole owner of the property.
