How to Apply for a Dubai Islamic Asia Prestige Debit Card
For New Customers:
- Visit your nearest Dubai Islamic Bank branch.
- Fill out the account opening form and request your Asia Prestige Debit Card.
For Existing Customers:

How to Activate Asia Prestige Debit Card via DIB ATMs, Mobile, Internet, WhatsApp & 24/7 Phone Banking
- Download the DIB Mobile App from Google Play Store (Android) or App Store (iOS).
- Log in to DIB Internet Banking.
- Navigate to the Card Activation/Deactivation option.
- Enter the One-Time PIN (OTP) for security verification.
Activate your debit card via WhatsApp.
Step 1: Scan the QR code
Simply scan the QR code from the website and message “Hi” to Dubai Islamic Bank’s WhatsApp number.
You will receive an automated response with banking service options.
Step 2: Select ‘Card Services’
Choose the ” Debit Card Services” option from the menu.
Select “Activate Debit Card” from the available options.
Step 3: Enter Your Debit Card Details
Provide the last four digits of your debit card number when prompted.
Confirm your registered mobile number for verification.
Step 4: Authenticate Your Request
You will receive a One-Time Password (OTP) on your registered mobile number.
Enter the OTP in the chat to proceed.
Step 5: Confirmation of Activation
Once the OTP is verified, you will receive a confirmation message stating that
your debit card has been successfully activated.
Your card is now ready to use for transactions, ATM withdrawals, and online purchases.
